Coach of the Year

B.J. Townsend – Canton

In just his second year as head coach, Townsend pushed all the right buttons to lead the Tigers to their first title in 27 years. He really had his team hitting on all cylinders at the most important time of the year, as the Tigers weren’t challenged in the playoffs.

Mississippi State commit who led Raymond to the 4A state title and No. 1 overall ranking in the state. Mississippi Gatorade Player of the Year and 4A Player of the Year.
